At JTgatoring we want our customers to be happy with their products, but we do not refund for buyer’s remorse or negligence.
Digital Products: You must create an account when going through the checkout process to access your digital product. Your digital product will be available to you by locating the main title bar, clicking My Account, logging in, and going to downloads.
Apparel: Most of the apparel on JTgatoring.com is ordered through a drop-shipper. Most of the apparel is printed on demand, so please choose the correct size by referring to the size chart on the product page. JTgatoring does not refund for, or accept, size exchanges if the wrong size is ordered. If there is a problem with your order please contact JTgatoring so we can contact the drop-shipper. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. For more information please refer to the Terms and Services.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our drop-shipper. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our drop-shipper and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself .
Incorrect Size – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. A new order, at the customer’s expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
